A Level site is necessary for delivery and set-up of all of our structures, whether it be a Shed Row, Run In or storage shed. Since they are built on 6'x6' pressure treated kids, they will withstand many years of diresct ground contact.
You should have a gravel base. We recommend blue stone dust (preferably) or fine gravel of about 6"-8" in depth and extended about 2' out all around your building. Some townships require concrete piers or that the building be anchored down for safety. You are responsible to check with your local municipality to obtain permits, requirements and /or inspections.
To access your site your driveway or fence opening needs to measure at least 11' for 10' wide buildings and 13' for 12' wide buildings. Overhead clearance has to be 14' for both the 10' and 12' buildings assuming the access is straight ahead. We need to have 50'-60' minimum driveway area from the end of the shed after is comes off the end of the trailer. This should be as level as possible from the pad site to the ground.
