The Modular Barn is less expensive than the traditional “Stick built” barn and it looks just as nice! Built in Lancaster, PA and assembled on your prepared site.
The barn consists of three "Shed Row Barns" custom designed by you. They are then delivered and assembled piece by piece on your property by our professional construction crew.
The standard features in the Monitor Style, Low Profile, and High Profile are;
Stalls lined in Southern Yellow Pine Tongue and Groove Kick Board floor to ceiling, 1-Sliding Stall Door in aisle, and 1- window per stall. Standard Powder Coated Grills on Stall Fronts & Partitions over SYP T&G Stall Fronts.
30yr Asphalt Shingles, Board & Batten Siding
Also available is an Economy Model with the Standard Features being the same as our Shed Row Barns.
